Don't I need to see you in person for you to accurately diagnose my pain?

We get 80% of our working diagnosis from what you tell us, and the other 20% from watching you move - both can be done via zoom. Not only is is effective, it's also far more convenient for you. My pain comes and goes, and I can still workout - is this for me?
Absolutely. Pain can flare up and settle quickly with rest/ time off, meaning you can get back to training. But, you have to ask the question: why is the pain there in the first place? Back pain is complex, and if left untreated can grumble on in the background for months and years. My strategy is to get down to the root of the pain and fix the issues that are causing it. The best healthcare focuses on improving pain but also PREVENTING it from coming back by learning the necessary skills. I help people with both.
